Cook County Higher Education is a non-profit organization that helps people access accredited colleges and universities that offer distance education, collaborates with regional colleges and universities to bring college classes to Cook County, arranges study groups and mentor contracts, distributes college financial aid information, assists individuals who are exploring career options, provides Internet access for classes and research and administers (proctors) exams.
